Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. We utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.
Our couples therapy sessions help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We work with couples to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help them build a stronger, healthier relationship.
Our family therapy sessions are designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. For instance, we may utilize techniques from narrative therapy to explore and reshape family narratives, fostering a deeper understanding among family members. Additionally, we recognize that co-parenting dynamics play a crucial role in family well-being, and we incorporate strategies such as collaborative problem-solving and effective communication skills to strengthen co-parenting relationships. We believe that every family has unique strengths, whether it's shared hobbies, cultural traditions, or resilient coping mechanisms, and we work with families to identify those strengths. By doing so, we aim to build on these positive aspects, creating a more positive and supportive family environment that aligns with the family's values and goals.
Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment for clients to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. We offer a range of group therapy options, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction recovery.
Our teletherapy sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. We utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals. While we offer the option of teletherapy to accommodate our clients' needs, our practice prefers to see new clients in person for the first four sessions to establish rapport and a more personal connection.
