Responsibilities for Therapist Opening
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (in-person or telehealth)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (progress notes)
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and team collaboration
We're Looking For
- Florida licensure as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or active registered intern status (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Gotman certified for couples counseling
- A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and supportive care
- Passion for helping individuals, couples, and/or families to thrive
Responsibilities for Community Outreach/Media Marketing Opening
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide general office support, patient correspondence, and phone communication
- Maintain organized office systems and assist management with reports and projects
Marketing & Media
- Develop weekly social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist with podcast planning and website blog updates
- Collaborate on marketing strategy and promotional campaigns
Community Outreach & Events
- Build referral relationships with local providers and schools
- Plan and attend community health events
- Represent the practice professionally at outreach visits and presentations
